One of my partners got an email saying that our membership expired... i updated the credit card info. How do I extend our service for another year.
Is it expired?
Does it do it automatically?

Hi Sean - there is a "Purchase Subscription" link on the right side of the page after you initially log in - right below where it says Kairos subscription has expired in red.

In the future this will happen automatically - this one time you will need to do it manually because we changed our ecommerce provider.
