Looking for Ownership Partner:

I had a partner in my first boat 25 years ago and it worked very well.  This is my fourth sailboat, 1989 Moody 425 in excellent condition and moored in Massachusetts.   I'm a widower and still working, kids are grown and gone so I do not use the boat as often as I would like.

I plan on sailing more in the next 2 to 3 years, open to moving the boat to Maine or Rode Island, also open to moving the boat to the islands for the Winter.  The boat has new sails, tanks, and was repowered in 2007.  Keel bolts and chain plates have been replaced in the last ten years.  

I have been sailing for 20 plus years and have some offshore experience (Bermuda).
