Become part of a small group of like-minded people and share a passion for boating in the bay. I have been powerboating in the Bay for 5 years now and there are always new adventures to be had. 

This 2015 Marlow M32 Pilot will be based in Alameda for now, but I am open to moving her to a slip in San Francisco. She is a downeaster /picnic style boat, which is great for a small group of people for a day or a couple for a long weekend.

My family really enjoys taking the boat to:

- Jack London Square

- Pier 1 1/2 in San Francisco

- McCovey Cove

- Angel Island

- Paradise Cove

- Petaluma

- Napa Valley Yacht Club

- Benicia

- Up the Delta

- Swimming, bobbing in swim tubes and launching SUPs off the stern of the boat is a breeze, with the unique fold down transom. 

This powerboat timeshare is strictly limited to boating and 100% NO liveaboard in the marina, but we are allowed up to 10 overnights in the marina. 

Fee Structure :

$599 monthly (Billed Quarterly)
+ Security Deposit (Covers Insurance Deductible)
Note: Limited to maximum of 6 members

Included:

Slip, Electric, Water, Ongoing Maintenance, Weekly Scrub Down, Annual Deep Clean, buff and wax, Insurance, Ongoing bottom cleaning, taxes.

Not Included:

Fuel (diesel)

Removing your personal belongings

Cleaning boat after your reservation

Emptying black water tank and refilling fresh water tank after your reservation
