I am looking for additional sailing partners on my Ericson 27' sailboat. She is a very sweet sailing 27 foot sailboat.

Dues are paid quarterly and are $199 per month with $1000 down. This is a non-equity position! Think sailing membership! No long term commitments needed. Compare to Club Nautique which you'll have to take $1000 worth of classes to sail their boats, plus the membership (minimum $750 for the year) plus the $400+ a day charter.

Chemistry is everything here. I am looking for a good fit for the boat. We are using www.NauticalMonkey.com as a way to manage the membership times. There is no lack of sailing time to be had! We all get 15 sailing "slots" a month. There are 3 slots per day. A morning sail from 6am - 2pm, an afternoon sail from 2pm - 10pm, then there is an overnight slot from 10pm - 6am. If you want to sail all day and stay overnight you use 3 slots for that. There are at least 15 days per month that she never leaves the dock! 

She's had a lot of work in the last year and is in perfect sailing condition. She is VERY clean inside and well maintained! In April 2013 she got brand new sails fully battened mainsail and 135% furling Genoa on a Harken furler setup, new 90% furling Jib from North Sails July 2016, new sink pumps, batteries (late 2012), battery switch, auto bilge pump, and new head, fresh bottom paint (2 coats) April 7, 2015. 

EXTRAS: Wheel steering!! Very nice self tailing Harken winches. Spacious headroom/galley/head/v-berth for her size. Inboard Yanmar single cylinder diesel (the motor is so clean you can eat off of it). New Windex. New carpet. New masthead/anchor light. Great sounding stereo inside and out with ipod jack and bluetooth. 15 gallon freshwater tank. Spreader lights for greater nighttime visibility. Plenty of cup/beer holders! Everything about this boat says BIG. She is set to sail single handed and does so VERY easily! Most 27 foot boats don't have wheel steering, a built in head with black water tank, self tailing winches, and furling sails!!!
